Who IS JP Enterprises?

JP Enterprises is a consulting firm that provides strategy, leadership and solutions for clients navigating through their diversity journey.  We support clients from assessments to recommendations, with the capacity to develop, design and implement solutions.  Whether in the form of consult, content development, workshops, webinars or keynotes we have a cadre of seasoned professionals with deep backgrounds across industries to help you move forward, while keeping you ‘The RIGHT Kind of Uncomfortable.’

Our Story

JP Enterprises was started in 2015 by Dr. James Pogue, who toured America speaking on Diversity, Inclusion, Bias, and Multi-Generational Intelligence. In 2018, Dr. Pogue began working internationally, speaking in Europe and Asia. In 2020, JP Enterprises launched its consultation division, developing eight other services to pinpoint work that is done off the stage and behind the scenes. JP Enterprises developed training and support for all areas of a business, from the C-Suite to the Front Line. In 2021, JP Enterprises began their first partnerships with Principia Advisory and S2A to deliver training to global and national organization. In 2022, JP Enterprises partnered with Trellance to build an all new AI tool that will change the way Inclusivity is measured organizationally.  Our new tool will launch in Q4 of 2023.
